Baseball Recap: Attleboro Triumphs

Attleboro won the last time they faced Sharon and things went their way on Monday too. The Bombardiers came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 4-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bombardiers.

Miles Murray looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over four innings pitched. Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Ben Lally, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.

Attleboro's victory bumped their record up to 4-7-1. As for Sharon, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Attleboro will face off against North Attleborough at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Sharon, they will square off against Foxborough at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The last three games the Warriors have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
