Volleyball Recap: Boston Latin Academy Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Khang Le and Tri Duong

Boston Latin Academy lost against Wellesley two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Dragons came up short against the Raiders, falling 3-0. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Boston Latin Academy was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Wellesley's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-17, 25-19.

Despite the defeat, Boston Latin Academy had strong showings from Tri Duong, who had 16 digs and two aces, and Khang Le, who had seven assists and three digs.

Boston Latin Academy's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Wellesley, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-8.

Boston Latin Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against O'Bryant on the 22nd. Wellesley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
