Hawkins Flanagan Game Report: @ Merino

Dayspring Christian Academy found a leader in Hawkins Flanagan as the team took down Merino on Saturday. Flanagan turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 79 yards and a pair of TDs, while also throwing for 96 yards and three touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making 11 total tackles (4.0 for loss) and defending one pass.

Coming up, Flanagan and Dayspring Christian Academy will take on Akron at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The game will pit Flanagan up against the Rams' star signal caller Kolten Randel.
