Basketball Game Preview: Frisco Raccoons vs. Memorial Warriors

Frisco hasn't had much luck against Memorial recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Frisco Raccoons will venture away from home to take on the Memorial Warriors at 5:45 p.m.

On Friday, Frisco lost to Independence on the road by a 42-26 margin. The Raccoons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Memorial had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 31.4 points) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Friday. They came out on top against the Redhawks by a score of 45-33. That's two games straight that the Warriors have won by exactly 12 points.

Memorial's victory was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 28-7. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.4 points per game. As for Frisco, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-25.

Frisco was dealt a bruising 71-22 loss at the hands of Memorial when the teams last played back in January. Can Frisco avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
