Basketball Recap: Pine Eagle Victorious

Pine Eagle lost to Griswold back in January of 2022, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Pine Eagle Spartans walked away with a 39-31 victory over the Griswold Grizzlies. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Spartans.

Pine Eagle now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Griswold, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Pine Eagle will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Huntington at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Griswold, they and McLoughlin will face off at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
