Football Recap: Richmond Comes Up Short

If Richmond was riding high fresh off their 49-0 takedown of Carrollton last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Spartans came up short against the Holden Eagles on Friday, falling 41-20. The contest marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Richmond's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-2. As for Holden, their win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1.
