Volleyball Recap: Southeast Takes a Loss

After flying high against Northwest Classen on Thursday, Southeast came back down to earth. The Spartans came up short against the Santa Fe South Saints on Friday, falling 3-0. The Spartans have struggled against the Saints recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Southeast's loss dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Santa Fe South, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Southeast has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Putnam City West on the 26th. As for Santa Fe South, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Capitol Hill on the 26th.
