Nebraska City had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victor by a 46-21 margin over the Falls City Tigers on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Pioneers have posted since December 19, 2024.

Nebraska City's win bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Falls City, they dropped their record down to 5-10 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nebraska City won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Auburn at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Auburn has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
