Soccer Game Preview: San Antonio Memorial vs. Yoakum

The San Antonio Memorial Minutemen will venture away from home to square off against the Yoakum Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. San Antonio Memorial's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for ten straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

San Antonio Memorial managed to keep up with Luling until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. San Antonio Memorial lost 4-0 to Luling.

Meanwhile, Yoakum has been on a difficult stretch since their win on February 4. They came up short against La Vernia on Friday, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 499th, while the Bears are ranked 98th).

San Antonio Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 4-16-2. As for Yoakum, they now have a losing record of 7-8-5.
