Morton gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. In a tight game that could have gone either way, they made off with a 28-27 victory over the Mahomet-Seymour Bulldogs. This was payback for the Potters, who suffered a 69-37 defeat the last time these two teams met.
