Basketball Recap: Spring Valley Takes a Loss

Spring Valley lost against Scarsdale back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Spring Valley Tigers took a 61-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Scarsdale Raiders. The loss was the Tigers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Spring Valley fell to 2-1. As for Scarsdale, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-1.

Spring Valley will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against White Plains at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Scarsdale, they will head out to challenge Clarkstown South at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
