Volleyball Preview: Crimson Cliffs Mustangs vs. Desert Hills Thunder

The Mustangs had just enough and edged out the Reds 3-2 on Tuesday thanks in part to Jones, who had 22 digs and four aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 16 or more in each of the last five games she's played.
Crimson Cliffs took Cedar into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 26-24, 26-28, 22-25, 15-9.
Desert Hills not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 16th (when they won 3-0). They blew past Pine View 3-0.
While Desert Hills won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-23, 25-21.
Crimson Cliffs' victory bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Desert Hills, their win bumped their record up to 18-8.
