Anderson-Shiro won the last time they faced Trinity and things went their way on Friday too. The Fighting Owls blew past the Tigers 12-2. The result was nothing new for the Fighting Owls, who have now won four contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

The win got Anderson-Shiro back to even at 5-5. As for Trinity, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Anderson-Shiro will take on Crockett at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Fighting Owls' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bulldogs have averaged an impressive 7.2 runs per game this season. As for Trinity, they will challenge Coldspring-Oakhurst at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Trojans will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight.
