Northwest Christian School waltzed into their match on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Everything went their way against the Kettle Falls Bulldogs as they made off with a 9-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 15-4 on Tuesday.

Preston Mortlock and Caden Hollister did most of the damage at the plate: Mortlock went 2-for-3 with two runs and one double, while Hollister went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Drew Bevan, who earned one RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.

Northwest Christian School hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least three batters in three consecutive games.

Northwest Christian School's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.6 runs over those games. As for Kettle Falls, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.
