Softball Recap: Cotulla Comes Up Short

Cotulla lost against Charlotte on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cotulla Cowboys fell 12-8 to the Charlotte Trojans. The Cowboys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cotulla now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Charlotte, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-1.

Looking ahead, Cotulla will be playing in front of their home fans against Dilley at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Charlotte, they will venture away from home to face off against La Pryor at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average, (La Pryor: 3.4, Charlotte: 3.4) so any runs scored will be well earned.
