Volleyball Recap: Randolph Takes a Loss

Randolph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lytle Pirates. The Ro-Hawks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Pirates earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Randolph's loss dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Lytle, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Randolph wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Eagle Pass on the 22nd. As for Lytle, they will face off against Holy Cross at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
