Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Farragut). They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over the Heritage Mountaineers on Monday. Given Farragut's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 22nd, while Heritage are ranked 181st) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win was the third in a row for Farragut, bringing their record up to 11-3-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three matchups. As for Heritage, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.

Farragut wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Hardin Valley Academy on the 7th. Heritage does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
