Football Recap: Bay Shore Takes a Loss

Bay Shore was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 35-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patchogue-Medford Raiders. The Marauders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Bay Shore's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Patchogue-Medford, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bay Shore is set to square off against their familiar foe Walt Whitman at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Patchogue-Medford will face off against rival Sachem North on Saturday.
