Volleyball Recap: Viburnum Comes Up Short

Viburnum was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Bourbon War Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the War Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-21, 22-25, 25-15.

Viburnum's loss dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Bourbon, their victory ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 8-13-2.

Viburnum has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Ellington on the 14th. As for Bourbon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Steelville on the 14th.
