It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Hagerstown can now relate to. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Triton Central on Tuesday. Hagerstown's loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Hagerstown saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Layla Cool, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one RBI.

Hagerstown's defeat dropped their record down to 20-3. As for Triton Central, the win (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 23-2.

Hagerstown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Triton Central, they will square off against Salem at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. The last four games the Lions have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
