Basketball Recap: Loyalsock Township Takes a Loss

Loyalsock Township was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a blow against the Williamsport Millionaires, falling 73-44. The Lancers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Millionaires apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Loyalsock Township's loss dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Williamsport, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-12.

Loyalsock Township does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Williamsport, they will square off against Bishop McDevitt at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Williamsport is facing Bishop McDevitt at the right time seeing as Bishop McDevitt is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
