Baseball Recap: Lisbon Takes a Loss

Lisbon blew Northeast out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Northeast got their revenge. The Lions fell just short of the Rebels by a score of 11-9. That's two games in a row now that the Lions have lost by exactly two runs.

Lisbon has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-15 record this season. As for Northeast, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1.

Lisbon has already played their next contest (against Iowa Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Northeast does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
