Volleyball Game Preview: Thorp vs. Easton + How To Watch

After both having extra time off, Thorp and Easton will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Thorp is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

Thorp lost 3-0 to Cascade Christian Academy on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Easton hadn't done well against Cascade Christian Academy recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Easton had just enough and edged out Cascade Christian Academy 3-2. The game was the first time Easton has beaten Cascade Christian Academy on their court since September 13, 2017.

The win made it two in a row for Easton and bumps their season record up to 4-2. As for Thorp, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Thorp was able to grind out a solid victory over Easton in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Thorp since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
