Recap: Stebbins Indians vs. Greenville Green Wave
There's no place like home for the Stebbins Indians, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Wednesday. They took down Greenville 46-30 on Saturday. That's another feather in the cap for Stebbins, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Stebbins got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Alianna Davis out in front who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Davis has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Zoey Ledbetter, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Stebbins is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Greenville, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.
Stebbins will be playing at home against Troy at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Greenville, they will head out on the road to take on Tippecanoe at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Tippecanoe presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Greenville in Ohio (Tippecanoe is ranked 216th, while Greenville is ranked 592nd).
