Volleyball Recap: Baylor Takes a Loss

Baylor and Knoxville Catholic squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Baylor had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Fighting Irish. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Fighting Irish this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss two weeks ago.

Baylor's defeat dropped their record down to 26-7. As for Knoxville Catholic, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 25-8.

Baylor has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Christ Presbyterian Academy on the 21st. As for Knoxville Catholic, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Briarcrest Christian on the 21st.
