Volleyball Recap: Summit Extends Winning Streak to Four

Summit extended their postseason success on Friday against Brentwood. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bruins, sneaking past 3-2. The win was nothing new for the Spartans as they're now sitting on four straight.

Emery Estep paced Summit's offense, picking up 24 kills. Estep got some help from Amanda Shanahan and her 51 assists. Maggie Kalisz and Everleigh Deshazo kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

When it comes to explaining why Brentwood lost, don't look at Queen Howse. Despite the final result, she had 17 digs and four assists.

Summit's record is now 29-8. As for Brentwood, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 29-6 record.

As of now, neither Summit nor the Bruins have any future games scheduled.
