Santa Ana Valley is 3-0 against Acaciawood since December of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Santa Ana Valley Falcons duke it out with the Acaciawood Golden Eagles at 4:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, Santa Ana Valley lost to Century at home by a 47-28 margin. The Falcons have struggled against the Centurions recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Acaciawood waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 47-38 win over the Warriors. That's two games straight that the Golden Eagles have won by exactly nine points.

Acaciawood pushed their record up to 4-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points per game. As for Santa Ana Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.

Santa Ana Valley was able to grind out a solid win over Acaciawood when the teams last played back in December of 2023, winning 60-52. Will Santa Ana Valley repeat their success, or does Acaciawood have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
