Softball Recap: Neumann-Goretti Takes a Loss

Neumann-Goretti fell victim to Cardinal O'Hara and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 20-0 to the Lions. The Saints just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row dating back to last season.

Neumann-Goretti's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Cardinal O'Hara, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Neumann-Goretti will face off against rival Archbishop Wood at 6:30 p.m. on the 29th. Meanwhile, Cardinal O'Hara is set to take on their familiar foe St. Hubert Catholic for Girls at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
