Baseball Recap: Subiaco Academy Takes a Loss

Subiaco Academy's last matchup with Hector could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Tuesday. The Trojans lost 22-13 to the Wildcats. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Gabriel Rodriguez made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in four of his five plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.1 stolen bases per game.

Subiaco Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Hector, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-8.

As of now, neither Subiaco Academy nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
