Softball Recap: Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg Comes Up Short

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg lost against Teutopolis back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg fell just short of Teutopolis by a score of 4-3.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Clarissa Johnson, who went 1-for-3 with one home run. That home run marked the first that Johnson has launched this season.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg's defeat dropped their record down to 13-2. As for Teutopolis, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 12-0 win against Mattoon on the 18th. As for Teutopolis, they have also already played their next game, a 6-4 loss against Farina South Central on the 21st.
