Softball Recap: Mount Si Comes Up Short

Mount Si was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 16-13 to the Woodinville Falcons. If the Wildcats were looking for revenge after losing 9-8 to the Falcons when the teams met back in May of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Mount Si's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Woodinville, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mount Si will welcome Newport - Bellevue at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Woodinville, they will host Bothell at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Cougars will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.
