After a string of three wins, Wellesley's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. The game between them and the Walpole Timberwolves didn't end well, with the Wellesley Raiders falling 70-55. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Raiders of the 57-54 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Wellesley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Walpole, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-6.
