Tuesday just wasn't the day for Fort Bend Clements's offense. They came up short against the Ridge Point Panthers on Tuesday, falling 15-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Fort Bend Clements' defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3. As for Ridge Point, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Fort Bend Clements is set to take on their familiar foe Fort Bend Elkins at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Ridge Point will challenge rival Fort Bend Hightower at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Ridge Point 2.9, Fort Bend Hightower 2.9) so any runs scored will be well earned.
