Baseball Recap: Chenango Forks Comes Up Short

Chenango Forks blew Norwich out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Wednesday Norwich got their revenge. The Blue Devils fell just short of the Tornadoes by a score of 4-2.

Chenango Forks has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Norwich, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Chenango Forks will head out to face off against Susquehanna Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Norwich, they will venture away from home to challenge Johnson City at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
