The team relied heavily on Sarah Chrisman, who scored a run while going 3-for-6. That's the most hits she has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Kendolyn Lockhart, who went 3-for-8 with one double and one RBI.
Chrisman wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Fossil Ridge kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 19 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Brewer, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 16-1 margin over Chisholm Trail on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Bears, who have now won 11 games by six runs or more so far this season.
Khloe Winn looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one walk in nine consecutive appearances.

As for Fossil Ridge, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-3-1.
Friday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Fossil Ridge has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .443. However, it's not like Brewer struggles in that department as they've averaged .447. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
