Mohave was handed a ten-run loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Tuesday. They skirted past the Mingus Marauders 7-5. The game was the first time the Thunderbirds have beaten the Marauders on their field since March 23, 2023.

Gabby Fernandez was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Kaydence Farnham, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

The victory got Mohave back to even at 7-7. As for Mingus, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.

Mohave will have a chance to go back-to-back against Mingus: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
