Baseball Recap: Pueblo Takes a Loss

Pueblo fell victim to Desert View and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Jaguars, falling 19-0. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Warriors were not able to get on the board.

Pueblo saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Roman Otero, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double. That double was Otero's first of the season.

Pueblo's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Desert View, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-4.

While Pueblo had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
