McClintock had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the North Mustangs. For the Chargers, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Mustangs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-11, 22-25, 25-15.

McClintock was led to victory by Delilah McMonagle and Iyla Molina. McMonagle had 20 digs and four assists, while Molina had 11 digs and two aces. That's the most digs Molina has posted since back in September.

McClintock's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for North, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-8.

McClintock and North will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Chargers see the court they'll take on Carl Hayden Community at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for North, their break will end when they face Metro Tech at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th.
