Basketball Recap: Sublette Comes Up Short on the Road Against Ulysses

Sublette had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They received a blow as they fell 63-44 to the Ulysses Tigers. The Larks were down 53-29 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Sublette lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Jonathan Froese, who posted eight points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Ashton Koehn, who scored seven points.

Sublette wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 74-34 victory against Springfield on the 4th. As for Ulysses, they have also already played their next contest, a 49-47 loss against Colby on the 5th.
