Adelyn Simmons Game Report: vs Pleasant Plains

Adelyn Simmons put up the most runs she's had since back in May of 2024 on Tuesday. She fired off two triples, three RBI, and two runs while going 4-for-5. Those triples were her first of the season.

Coming up, Simmons and Maroa-Forsyth will take on Rantoul at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Sadly, Simmons' big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Trojans' eight-game streak of wins at home. With the streak broken, Simmons and the Trojans surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Wednesday's match.
