Basketball Recap: Faith Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Faith Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 15-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of Heritage Christian Academy.

Faith Christian Academy used a three-pronged attack on offense: Bree Chamberlin, Katie Williams, and Sara Morgan Sapp posted two points each.

Faith Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Heritage Christian Academy, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Faith Christian Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mead Hall Episcopal School at 6:00 p.m. on December 4. Heritage Christian Academy will be paying especially close attention to Faith Christian Academy's matchup: after Faith Christian Academy faces off against Mead Hall Episcopal School, they'll take on Heritage Christian Academy again at 4:00 p.m. on December 9.
