After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Grace Christian, New Life Camp was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Durham Flight HomeSchool Flight 55-22. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Storm considering their 18-point performance the matchup before.
Leading New Life Camp to victory were Caroline Brown and Hannah Brown. Caroline dropped a double-double with 20 points and 13 rebounds, while Hannah went 7 of 11 en route to 17 points along with five assists and five boards. What's more, Caroline also racked up two blocks, the most she's had since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was Leah McKinney, who posted eight points and seven boards.
New Life Camp smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in three consecutive contests.
