Basketball Recap: Providence Turns Things Around After Road Loss + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Providence, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They managed a 64-60 victory over Piedmont on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for Providence, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

When it comes to explaining why Piedmont lost, don't look at Bryan Little. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 23 points and 14 boards. Little's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. Another player making a difference was Graham Blackman, who posted 13 points and five rebounds.

Providence's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Piedmont, they moved to 3-3 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coming up, Providence will be playing in front of their home fans against Nation Ford at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Piedmont, they are taking a road trip to take on Charlotte Latin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
