Recap: Lemon Bay vs. Dunedin
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Lemon Bay Manta Rays, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 3-2. Lemon Bay's loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.
Lemon Bay now has a losing record at 9-10-2. As for Dunedin, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2-3 record this season.
Lemon Bay does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dunedin, they will head out on the road to square off against Academy of the Holy Names at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Dunedin is coming into the contest with six straight victories on the road, meaning Academy of the Holy Names will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win.
