With a playoff win on the line, Kouts rose to the challenge on Saturday. They came out on top against the Washington Township Senators by a score of 61-52. The victory was nothing new for the Mustangs & Fillies as they're now sitting on four straight.

Despite the loss, Washington Township saw an underclassman step up: freshman Brogan Banker posted 16 points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Aiden Armstrong, who earned seven points.

Kouts' win bumped their record up to 22-4. As for Washington Township, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 21-5.

Looking ahead, Kouts will challenge Tri-County at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Tri-County is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51 points per game this season. Washington Township does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
