Makayla Richoux turned in nothing short of a gem on Tuesday, striking out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her sixth in a row with more than five strikeouts. For the season, she has been strong no matter where she plays. On the mound, she has an ERA of 6.88 over 58 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat she has slashed 0.657/0.700/1.229 with 16 RBI.
