Basketball Recap: Windsor Academy Knights vs. Brentwood War Eagles

Windsor Academy lost against Brentwood last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Windsor Academy Knights received a blow as they fell 74-58 to the Brentwood War Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 473rd, while the War Eagles are ranked 156th).

Despite the loss, Windsor Academy still got an impressive performance from Gavin Snow, who went 7 for 17 on his way to 18 points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Colby Chappell, who posted 12 points.

Brentwood found their leader in sophomore Baylor Cobb, who scored 23 points. Zyion Andrews was another key player, putting up 15 points.

This is the second loss in a row for Windsor Academy and nudges their season record down to 6-13. As for Brentwood, their win bumped their record up to 16-1.

Windsor Academy will take on Fullington Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
