Chicopee Comp not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 3, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Commerce Red Raiders with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 on September 4th.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Chicopee Comp was: they took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-11, 25-5.

Chicopee Comp is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Commerce, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chicopee Comp will square off against Westfield at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Commerce, they will welcome Putnam Vo-Tech at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
