Basketball Recap: Holy Family Academy Takes a Loss

If Holy Family Academy was riding high fresh off their 62-15 takedown of Mount Royal Academy last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Holy Family Academy were dealt a 62-33 defeat at the hands of the Woodsville Engineers on Friday. The loss continues a trend for Holy Family Academy in their matchups with Woodsville: they've now lost four in a row.

Having lost for the first time this season, Holy Family Academy fell to 2-1. As for Woodsville, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holy Family Academy will take on Sunapee in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Woodsville and Moultonborough Academy will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
