Volleyball Game Preview: Sumter Gamecocks vs. West Florence Knights

For the second straight game, Sumter will face off against West Florence. The Gamecocks will venture away from home to square off against the Knights at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Sumter is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering West Florence just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Knights by a score of 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Sumter sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 23-25, 25-13.

Sumter's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for West Florence, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 11-12.
